RECRUIT
Investment Officer
- Responsibility：
- 1.Responsible for the development and negotiation of industrial internet investment projects；
2.Responsible for feasibility analysis of project investment, evaluating the feasibility and risk of project investment; Complete the preparation of market analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis, evaluation analysis, investment plan design, and other reports related to the project；
3.Responsible for company investment and financing；
4.Post project investment management, as well as project exit transaction design, documentation, and tracking work;
5.Master and track relevant laws, regulations, and policy trends, and provide forward-looking opinions and decision-making references for the company's investment and financing；
6.Complete other work tasks.
- Requirement：
- 1.More than 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of investment related work experience in industrial internet (B2B trading platforms, SaaS, internet finance, etc.). Investors who have participated in industrial projects and VC investments are preferred；
2.Bachelor's degree or above (preferably with a background in economics, finance, management, law, etc.)；
3.Familiar with the development and investment management process of the industrial internet industry, with strong writing skills, written and on-site reporting abilities; Strong logical analysis ability. At least interdisciplinary understanding of self motivation in enterprise management, project operation and management, financial analysis and management, etc；
4.Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and meticulous work, good self-learning and knowledge updating abilities, good team management skills, good communication skills, strong learning and innovation abilities；

Analyst
- Responsibility：
- 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Economics and Finance from a well-known university with excellent academic performance;
2.Top VC/PE or investment bank TMT investment experience or top management consulting company work experience;
3.Outstanding learning ability, able to quickly grasp the core logic of a certain field;
4.Young, curious, energetic, knowledgeable in new industries, and passionate about the internet;
5.Strong social skills;
6.Good writing skills, excellent PPT planning skills, and experience in publishing to various entrepreneurial media is preferred.
- Requirement：
- 1.Write fundraising materials and research reports;
2.Search/screen/research internet entrepreneurship projects;
3.Assist the investment manager in due diligence work and assist the invested enterprise in post investment management/consulting.
